Money Talks? How?



Money talks dominate us most of the time, because many things need money, right?

We often worried about something that out of our control, rather than what’s in our’s.

We blame easily, rather than take responsibilty and action.

When it comes to money, everything will becomes too sensitif even between two people that already promise “till death do us apart” That’s why it needs more that smart to talk this topic in a nice way, it needs understanding, good approach and clear goals.

Meet many people and know how they handling their money makes me learn many things when we discuss to prepare their financial planning. Some of them seems like a child that so enthusiastic to learn more, by asking a lot of question, but some of them do like this is a big responsibilty so they become so serious, the rest of them are very unique that sometimes need an extra patience to understand their behavior.

Our tagline in AFC is “Financial Planning should be Simple, Fun and Practical” but we clearly understand that it needs a lot of hardwork and time to make it feels that way. But as a Financial Advisor all I want is just make their financial condition better than before. As simple as from have credit card debt to free from debt, from not having saving to saving regularly, create life and health insurance they family need, help them buy the investment they need for they longterm goals.

When we talk about money we also need Honesty and Trust.

Without honesty we can’t see the problem clearly, we don’t know our strength point to solve the problem we had. It’s no need to blame anyone or anything, we just have to sit together to find the solution that we can afford.

Without trust everything will be hard to explain, missunderstanding will happen most of the time, we can’t focus to the important thing because we think other person maybe take advantages from us. When we trust we know and understand that each of us have different responsibility, and not have right to blame other part. So make sure we talk about money to someone whom we trust.

Like someone said, “We can’t do good transaction with bad people.”

Yuk Lunasi Utang Mobil Lebih Cepat!

Saya ingin share tentang apa yang saya lakukan demi mencapai salah satu tujuan keuangan saya yaitu melunasi cicilan mobil lebih cepat. Sebenarnya hal yang perlu dilakukan cukup sederhana dan tidak terlalu rumit namun memerlukan komitmen dan disiplin. Intinya kita hanya perlu menyisihkan lebih alokasi dana untuk cicilan tersebut, saat ini cicilan mobil saya Rp. 2,700,000 per bulan, biasanya saya hanya mentransfer sejumlah itu ke rekening bank dimana otomatis cicilan bulanan KPM saya akan di- autodebet . Namun sejak bertekad untuk melunasi 1 tahun lebih cepat saya selalu mentransfer lebih dari jumlah itu. Tapi pada saat diakhir bulan ternyata pengeluaran saya masih dibawah budget yang sudah dialokasikan, sehingga ada sisa maka saya transfer lagi ke tabungan cicilan mobil. Dan karena saya memiliki beberapa sumber penghasilan yang tidak tetap seperti dari menulis, pembicara maka jika saya mendapatkannya saya bisa alokasikan lagi ke tabungan cicilan mobil.  Jadi intinya kalau

After works several years and learn about Financial Planning from a year ago, I learn many things that become a turn back in my financial condition. One basic thing that I really want to share is about Emergency Fund. Emergency Fund is a simple thing that means many things. To start an Emergency Fund is one of the best things I do along my way. I say this because of several important things: ·          Emergency Fund can prevent us from getting into debt When we have money, why we have to borrow someone else money? It is a simple question I think. I try to collect an Emergency Fund about 3 times from my income/expense.
